Bounderball is a patented harness that adds three handles to an exercise ball in seconds. Made with six thousand pound nylon webbing coupled with the strongest sews in the industry, add thick neoprene handle covers (included) and you have one rugged piece of exercise equipment that’s comfortable to use.
How does it work?
If you can buckle a belt you can benefit from Bounderball. Adding three handles allows for countless exercise tubing moves, new sport training not capable before the advent of Bounderball and added safety for therapists, but don’t forget ease of storage and transportation.
Can I use the ball I have now?
Yes, if you have one of the three sizes manufactured worldwide (55, 65, 75 cm), we have a harness that will fit your ball.
Guarantee?

What Are Speed Trained Abs?
Abdominal training has basically been done the same way (same range of motion, same tempo) for several decades. After we saw a medicine ball on a rope (tornado ball) used for torso strengthening we naturally went out and played with our big balls. The medicine ball is a wonderful exercise and we would love to see anyone give it a try. However, it’s a grueling exercise, and not for the faint of heart. When we tried our Bounderball on the wall it worked! Even though the medicine ball is great for power, our Bounderball helps with speed training. You will feel the burn in your sides like nothing you have tried before. Stand about one foot in front of a wall, thread your exercise tubing through the handle and start a slow rotation from side to side, bouncing the ball off the wall slowly at first, building to a faster tempo. Since we’ve been testing at gyms, boxing clubs, etc., people have been competing with each other to see who can do more and who can go faster. It’s not easy but it’s fun and it works. Increase your torso rotation speed.
